Hilgo Bruining is the clinical director of the N=You neurodevelopmental precision center. The development and application of personalized treatments for children with STXBP1 is a specific ambition of this center. We aim to integrate quantitative EEG techniques and patient-report outcome measures (PROMS) to translate preclinical findings to diagnosis, intervention and monitoring in children and families with STXBP1.
